3. Booking & Payment

All services must be paid for in full prior to commencement.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom documents, including CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn summaries, are the intellectual property of Pivot Talent Consulting until full payment is received. Once delivered and paid in full, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for personal career purposes.

Templates, guides, and coaching materials provided are for individual use only and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.


Due to the personalized and creative nature of our services, Pivot Talent Consulting maintains a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. This includes but is not limited to resume writing, coaching sessions, and talent sourcing engagements.
